Economical Selenium Supplement
I've been talking selenium supplements for years. I believe this is the first time I buy the Bronson brand of selenium. I almost exclusively buy capsules or bulk powder since I try to consume only what I want: the supplement itself. With bulk it's obviously easy. With capsules I just dump the contents into my concoction and discard the "plastic" capsule. This brand has minimal/natural ingredients, which is crucial to me. The cost per unit is also a good deal. If I notice any issues with consumption, I will update this review. As of now, no complaints. Selenium is hard to find on shelves. This is a good product, pills are not large.

Taste Bad, Smells Bad but good 4 overall HEALTH
I chew all of my vitamins. Due to having ptsd from seeing my mom and lil brother get chocked when I was younger, this taste of this vitamin of terrible but I can’t say if it works or not because I just ordered it this week and took one so far, will keep you guys updated if I see any difference in my hair.
