Great product and comes with certificate of calibration
For the price you cant beat this product, it looks great, is sturdy and measures with great accuracy, obviously for more precision your going to have to fork out some more money but if your doing that kind of work you probably aren't looking into this product or at least I hope your not, as you probably have a bad understanding of the necessary electronics to handle great precision and big ranges, at the same time, things like that don't come cheap. The LCD screen is great and has an easy to use menu and allows viewing measurements over a period of time rather than just the current value. I do wish it was LAN capable but I also understand that Siglent have to make money somehow and entice you into buying their higher end products so I'm not mad it would just be nice to have. The certificate of calibration is great because you know its measuring correctly and up to standards right out of the box and can be recalibrated in the future, if its off just recalibrate unlike some really cheap electronics that when not measuring correctly are just broken and useless.

Excellent value benchtop multimeter
I have run this meter through the paces for over a month now, and I continue to enjoy the huge array of features it has for the price. I use the trend graphing, voltage, and 2&4 resistance measurements the most. I have noticed no quirks or issues yet, and I believe it will hold up. As a hobbyist, I just could not justify spending $900 for a similar competing model, when this one has the basic accuracy and functions I need. I will be keeping this one in the center of my bench for a number of years.

A lot Features and Very Easy to Use
This 4-1/2 digit digital multimeter has a lot of functionality for the price. Also, it is very easy to use. The instructions and documentation for this device is very straight-forward and easy to follow. It also has the capability to be used with automated test procedures in several programming languages. Siglent also has a computer application called, EasyDMM that can be used to control and monitor this device via a computer. Don't let the price fool you. The quality and materials of this device is of very high quality.

Easy-to-use Meter, but needs to be used with better test leads.
This is a Nice and easy-to-use Meter but it really needs to have better leads. The stock leads are not gold plated and even after cleaning the leads they still had additional resistance in the leads leading to erroneous measurements. I purchased a set of Probe Master test leads and the meter now performs properly. The Probe Master leads are gold-plated (the gold-plating makes a difference here). Note: This Meter did come in with a Current Calibration Certificate.

Dead on arrival
I recently purchased a new O'scope. I finally decided on a Siglent. Differing views on quality made it a bit of a decision. But, the unit was actually better than expected and side by side with on old Rigol of similar specs, it was easier to use and seems to have all the features I need. So, I decided to add a new DMM and chose another Siglent. Based on the o'scope I figured it would be a safe choice and I did less research. Came on time, looked good on the bench. Plugged it in, hit the on button and the Siglent logo came up just like the O'scope. But, like a deadbeat relative or a stray cat, the logo never left. It just stared at me until the screen saver kicked in and let me look at a black screen instead of the logo. Research quickly indicated that others have that issue. Firmware update was not possible--could not get to the screen to do that. Not wanting to send a brand new unit back to Siglent as they wanted, I sent it back to Amazon. Might be a good machine, but there seems to be a known issue relating to the boot failure. My old GW/Instek is gonna have to hang in there for a little while until I decide what I really want. With a 50/50 good/bad on Siglent, I am going to tread carefully if I go that direction.

The bench meter I've always wanted.
It works well. I've always wanted a decent bench meter, but never wanted to take the plunge, That is, until a friend gifted me a Siglent scope. I was so impressed with it that I decided to try a bench meter from them. I'm glad I did. It's easy-to-use, and a real value for the money.

Needed firmware update but it’s great
**update** Siglent replied with a link to the SW update. Put it in a flash drive, updated, and now works like a champ. Would buy again! Worked great, flawless I would say for over a year. Then, after being unplugged for 6 months, it would not boot. This may be corrupted firmware or something but I’m waiting for Siglent’s reply on the path forward.

Love this thing
I've always wanted a bench meter, I guess too cheap to get one before. My desk had a ton of hand held units, but I love going back to this DM. Very accurate, and allows you to set acquisition speed (slow, medium, fast) for various speed and precision.

When the shift button is pressed, the second set of commands goes, and it is written on the multimeter in light blue and is hardly noticeable, that's my biggest complaint. You'll have to get a little closer to see it, but you'll learn by heart after some time of use where each measuring area is. The clicking of the relay can sometimes be a little irritating. All in all, an excellent multimeter, a really good price-quality ratio. The probes of the multimeter are top quality branded (SIGLENT) better than even the FLUKE premium I own.

Excellent product but it consumes 2.8w while off. A bit weird.

I got this bench multi-meter for easy of use. More than enough accuracy at 4.5 digit display for my hobby play. Very nice "built in serial and parallel" dual output connections . Display is easy to read from any angle. More usable than my portable multi-meters.
