The breath right tears my skin off.** A: It is, but you still have to be careful taking it off. Before I put the strip on, I wash my nose at least a little (i.e. I don't bother w/ soap). Then I put something that the adhesive won't stick to on the bridge - only the bridge - of my nose. Vitamin E oil, Vitamin A&D ointment, first aid ointment, Neosporin - something like that. Even cooking oil would do. Then I apply the strip.
