A 10mm hole is drilled and using a hammer, the wall plug is gently tapped through the plasterboard, the cavity and into the masonry wall behind. The engineered steel core taps into the plug and into the masonry, bridging the ‘weak’ cavity and transferring the load from the plasterboard face to the solid masonry or blockwork behind.
