Made a great loaf of bread that tasted similar enough to normal bread but much smaller (to be expected) but still not worth the money in my opinion. Also having to google recipes every time you want to use this is a pain.

Really too pricey for the volume. I can do better without the mix. I respect those who make these special dietary products available, and I'm sure grain-free, low-carb baking mixes are costly to produce, but it's not overly time-saving to buy this mix.

There are no recipes on how to use this stuff.  Definitely can't make cookies from it.  Clarification would help this product tremendously.
