Comfy and Clear
Love this headset! I did a lot of research and ended up going with this one. I'm so glad I did because it is comfortable and works really well. I can hear everyone very clearly, and they can hear me well too. The noise cancelling is great and really reduces noise which I need because I have kids and a Frenchie at home. In fact, the mowers came the other day, and to me it was really loud, but the caller said they couldn't hear anything when I apologized for the noise. I connect to my phone via Bluetooth and haven't had any problems.

Great Battery & Comfort
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Bluetooth Headset for Calls – Great Battery & Comfort I’ve been using the Poly Voyager 4310 UC for work calls, Zoom meetings, and everyday communication, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. 👍 What I like: ✔ Designed for calls and meetings — Voice and conference audio come through clearly, and the noise-canceling mic helps reduce background chatter. ✔ Long wireless range — I can walk around the house while staying connected to my computer or phone up to ~164 ft away. ✔ Excellent battery life — It easily lasts a full day of back-to-back calls, which is great for long workdays or travel. ✔ Comfortable & lightweight — The single-ear design means I can stay aware of my surroundings and wear it for hours without discomfort. ✔ Multipoint pairing — Connects with multiple devices at once, so I can switch between my laptop and phone seamlessly. 👎 What could be better: ⚠ Mic quality varies — Some users notice the mic needs to be positioned close to the mouth or adjusted for best clarity. ⚠ Bluetooth limits audio fidelity — This is really designed for calls rather than high-fidelity music, so if you want rich audio for media, it’s not the best choice. ⚠ Mixed review scores — Some customer reviews report average experiences, especially with certain units, so quality can vary. ⭐ Final thoughts: This headset is very comfortable, has excellent battery life, and is built for consistent call use — perfect for work meetings, frequent telephony, or hybrid office setups. If you want a wireless headset that keeps you hands-free and connected all day, the Poly Voyager 4310 UC is worth a look.

Update: no longer working after 11 months
Update: I have had this headset for 11 months and it is no longer connecting to my computer. I am now having to go through the process of contacting manufacturer to hopefully get assistance as the headset was a decent amount of money and is no longer usable. Also it was not noise cancelling, my background noise was easily heard. Good headset. Holds a charge for hours. Bought this because a review I saw on TikTok showed a WFH mom next to her baby crying but couldn’t be heard on video. She must of altered the video because the noice cancellation does NOT work like that on this headset. My son can be crying in another room and it can be heard on the headset. So if you are buying this because the noise cancellation seems promising, don’t let that be the selling point.

Longtime Plantronics user
I have been a longtime Plantronics user and over the years dozens of people who have worked for me have used their headsets as well. I recently decided to try the Poly Voyager 4310 and I am extremely glad I did. I also purchased the additional power base for extended range and this setup is phenomenal. The sound quality is crisp and clear and nearly all background noise is completely eliminated. The noise cancellation is outstanding and the range absolutely blows my mind. I can move around freely without any drop in quality or connection issues which is a game changer for long workdays on the phone. This is exactly the level of quality I have come to expect from this brand. I have tried cheaper no name options in the past and they simply do not compare. Good things are seldom cheap and cheap things are seldom good. This headset is well worth the investment and I would highly recommend it to anyone who relies on clear professional call quality.

Great for work- handles background noise well
I’ve been using this headset while working from home, and overall I’m pretty happy with them. They’re not fully noise-canceling, but they do a solid job reducing background noise. I have a baby at home who can get pretty loud, and while you can still hear her, it sounds more like she’s in another room rather than right next to me. Audio quality is really clear on both ends — I can hear others perfectly, and they’ve told me my voice comes through clearly as well, which is super important for calls. The price point feels a little high for what you get, but for general work-from-home use, they perform well and get the job done. Overall, I’d recommend them if you need a reliable headset and can live without complete noise isolation.

The solution to the close quarter call taker issue.
I lead a Customer Service team and we've been having issues as our reps share large offices, but we do not have cubicles. Complaints from customers that they were having trouble hearing reps over other reps, or that they could hear other conversations more clearly than their rep were fairly routine. I tried deadening the office with acoustic panels, and that seemed to provide little improvement. Out of desperation, I began looking for alternative headsets that might provide a good solution. Another brand I tried offered no improvement. I've always been a fan of Plantronics (Poly), even though I felt like I got burned with a previous solution they offered. I saw a video of a woman using the Voyager 4310 with a crying baby in the room, and you could barely hear anything. This led me to give them another try. I purchased one and immediately upon testing it with one of my reps was blown away by the ability of this headset to filter out ambient sound. We tested it right next to a TV with two other reps having a conversation in the office. As the caller, once in a while, I might hear a sound but 98% of it was non-existent. I immediately upgraded the whole team to these Voyager 4310s. They were truly the solution to our problem. As a side note, they come with a USB BT receiver. I was unimpressed with the performance of that receiver. I found that pairing these directly to our MacBooks via BT ended up working way better than the included USB receiver. Even though Poly recommends using their receiver, I found I had only about a 20 foot range with it, whereas I had around an 80-foot range when paired directly to my MacBook. As a call-taking headset, this is top of the mark in my opinion. The sound quality for music is B+ it just doesn't have much power, and that's the only negative I have to say about that. We didn't get them for listening to music though.

Not so great
I will be returning. Tried them for a few hours and sound was very muffled. Callers kept having me repeat myself not sure if the sound on their end wasn’t clear either. I do like the wireless feature and one ear design but will be looking for another product. For now going back to my wired headphones.

Mute function does not work
I like the feel of the headset, it is comfortable to wear. The sound quality work pretty good as long as you can keep it connected to the various apps that are trying to use it. I work in a corporation, and switch between, teams, zoom, and web-ex 6-7 hours a day, and it is a 50/50 shot that it will actually connect with out me needing to switch the audio selection on the PC or the app. The noise cancelation is really pretty good, and I have no real issues with that part. The main issue is that the Mute button on the mic boom does not work, no matter which app or configuration, which totally defeats the benefit of having a wireless Headset. Secondly the USB dongle that comes with the device MUST be plugged into the USB of the laptop, it will not work through a docking station. So over all I give this headset a 3 out of 5 even though the question they ask are not as impacted as the overall functionality of the headset. I am really kinda of disappointed from a high quality make like Plantronics/Polycom (now know as Poly)

Worth the price, reliable wireless connections
Worth the price, I have tried several wireless headsets; this is the only one that I found that provided reliable connections. It is a Bluetooth device, but the included dongle appears as an Audio Device in Windows "Poly BT700", bypassing all the connection issues that can plague the Windows Bluetooth drivers. You can see the audio device "Poly BT700" in Windows only after you turn on the headset, but it remains available when you turn the headset off. This means if you turn off the headset, your communications software won't go looking for other audio devices. The mute button on the headset microphone boom syncs to the mute function in Teams. If you try to speak while muted, your ear will hear a "Muted" prompt. The slide ON/OFF switch along with the mute button are easily operated by touch, which is important since you can't see the device when it is on the side of your head. The noise cancelling feature works really well. I routinely listen to music on a speaker system while on Teams meetings, and no one hears my music. I have asked. Have only been using the headset for a month so can't comment on reliability, but since I don't generate e-waste via breakage (I've never even broken a phone screen) I wouldn't be a good person to comment on durability.
