Q: Just received this. No instructions were included and I can’t figure out how to get the red portion on the bottom off. Black knobs are stuck??

They are just really tight at first. They just pull straight out. Just give them a good yank. I have two of the step aerobic platforms and love them.

Q: How realistic would it be to hang this on my wall for storage?

Sure, with the correct hooks or brackets it would be easy to hang for storage. It would be a matter of measuring however best to hang it for your purposes.

Mine is solid and stable, check to see if the adjustable "legs" are seated properly.
