In the meanwhile, I purchased this brace to help. I wear it each night to bed. I'm a side sleeper, and the brace is comfortable. As advertised, the brace does not get too hot. I'd know, because I like to be as cold as possible when sleeping. I still have back pain in the morning, but none at night. This is likely an issue beyond the capacity of a brace to resolve.I was initially concerned about fit when I ordered this because I'm about 32" waist which is at the low end of the product specs. However this brace fits very snugly and has the capacity to tighten even farther.My only gripe is the lumbar pad. I've owned several brands of back brace, and I greatly prefer the type that push directly on the vertebrae since those style of pads seem to offer more relief.
