Several small issues
Feel like it was used or pre release version. Fingerprints on the screen and chassis, but in great shape otherwise. Price gouging for what it is and retail cost. My biggest complaint is that windows 11 was installed - but windows 10 is easy enough to install back onto it, but you have to download the driver pack and install it, which takes awhile. Getting the PE version with drivers rolled in of windows off the GPD site is near impossible so you’ll have to deal with the screen being rotated 90 degrees while you reinstall windows until you can get it rotated after installation. Haven’t had much time to test out the actual device but seems to work fine so far.

DOA
Purchased from Amazon Renewed. DOA. Was supposed to be in very good condition. Would not start and power indicator that is supposed to indicate charging status never lit. 2 stars for good return procedure.

Display dead on arrival
When I received the product everything looked brand new. However the display on the laptop would not get any video output. Unit powered on but provided no video output. I attempted to plug in external monitors, to all ports with no luck, I was unable to boot to BIOS either. Had to return the product. Was very disappointed.
