Big bag, big flavor. Makes great sushi rolls and bowls! Tasty rice indeed!!
Do you make sushi? I do ! And this rice works well. Sticks well to seaweed and tastes! Texture is like Japan style, yum! Versatile with other dishes as well. Kinda expensive but we find it quite worth it, and you get plenty of servingsโ๏ธ

Great sticky rice!
This rice is great. I cook it in my Aroma Housewares 20 Cup Cooked (10 cup uncooked) Digital Rice Cooker, Slow Cooker, Food Steamer, SS Exterior (ARC-150SB) and it comes out great! You really need to make sure you wash the rice very well though before putting it into this rice cooker. If you do not, the starch will collect on the bottom and crisp up causing some rice to crisp to the bottom. It isn't too bad and you can easily salvage 80% of the rice if this happens, but spending an extra minute washing it will prevent this. These crispy parts can actually be kind of tasty too...Pros:*Great taste*Great stickinessCons:*NoneAdditional Considerations:This rice is sticky and made for use in something like sushi. It is also great just eating by itself. if you want a more loose rice, look at a basmati or something other than sushi rice.Overall: 5/5 stars (>=.5 rounds up, <.5 rounds down) => 5 starsIf you have any further questions regarding the product in my review please leave a comment below and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Good for musubi
I got this rice to make musubi, and have not been disappointed. The rice holds together well and has a nice flavor. It would probably be good to make sushi, as well.

Very Nice Rice!
I just tried a new (to me) rice and I think Nishiki sushi rice will be perfect for all my cooking needs; not just sushi. So far, it's perfect for "sticky" rice dishes and goes marvelously well with kimchi, but I like it by itself or with a dash of rice vinegar or shoyu. I have tried Hinode, Fuji Mai, and Botan that I found at grocery stores, and I recently began actually thinking about how the rice tastes. Nishiki rice is mild, not nutty tasting like basmati. The short grain holds together well - this first bag was very clean I noticed that it required less washing than other rices. I am not a connoisseur of rice by any means, but I really like this brand.

BEST sushi rice
Hands down my favorite brand. High-quality, never has any issues with insects or other debris, tastes great! Remember to always rinse your rice until the water is clear!

Ok
Must rinse this rice thoroughly

My favorite rice
You can not really go wrong with this rice. I have a rice cooker so instead of following the directions I use a 2-1 water to rice ratio. Comes out great every time.

Great rice, great price!
The king of sushi rice for me. I throw a few cups of this in my rice cooker with a bit more water than they say to use and my rice comes out fluffy, sticky, and delicious every time. Honestly, this stuff is so tasty I could eat it plain and be happy. Great for turning into rolls or eating with other foods. I would definitely recommend this stuff, especially at this price! My local supermarket sells the 1lb bags for close to $5.00 or more, so this price is a steal for me!
