Really good product, very happy with the purchase.
Work great even on cheap watercolor paper, the soft one really works where it doesn't tear the paper.

A must have
These brushes are a must have for anybody doing watercolor painting. I have found that I have used each one of these brushes depending upon my need. The variety of sizes is useful. There are some areas that I want a fine brush, some places I want a brush that is not so stiff, and these brushes fit the bill. They are a good value for the money because you get a variety and do not have to buy brushes separately. I find their quality to be high and they have allowed for some very detailed work. I have even found that the non-brush side issues well to do some scraping.

They Work
Amazing! I totally messed up the lettering on a card. There was a gigantic C and a gigantic I in gold, right in the middle of the wreath. They looked awful. I let them dry, not knowing what to do, not wanting to begin again. I remembered I'd just gotten this set, and gave the white ones a try. I couldn't believe how well they took off those letters. There's a little gold residue left in the middle, and they took off the top-ish layer of paper, but I was scrubbing furiously. I'm so happy with the finished product. I should have waited for the area to dry before adding the rings so they wouldn't bleed, but I was just so exited to have another chance! Highly recommend for the arsenal.

The brushes I didn't know I needed!
These are fantastic brushes in a set that includes different sizes and different stiffness. The sable-colored bristles are soft while the white bristles are quite stiff. I use them with acrylic paint as blending brushes. The sable-colored brushes hold a lot of water while I do more dry brushing with the stiff white bristles. They seem quite durable and I have not lost any bristles from heavy scrubbing. Since I've only used two of the 5 brushes (one each bristle type) with acrylics so far, I may try some others with watercolors. They hold their shape nicely so even though it is a fairly large rounded, filbert-style brush (not a pointed style), it is also quite flat. The belly of the brush has a wide coverage area while the side edges can be used for thinner lines, accents, shadows, etc. In all, a very versatile set of brushes I am very happy to have purchased.

Fantastic for blending colored pencils.
I love these for blending colored pencils. You can use them for this purpose over the dry pigment, but they also work well with solvent and my favorite use is to blend with heat. I typically use the stiff ones, but the soft are great too. I think it will be nice to have the two options. I recently got a set of Creative Mark scrubbers (the 12 set sold here on Amazon), which are great too. For comparison, the stiff Royal & Langnickels are softer than the Creative Mark. I love being able to get these on Amazon with Prime shipping and the cost for the set is great.

Nice set of scrubbers that work well.
This is a nice set of two fairly soft and two fairly stiff scrubbers. They work well on a variety of papers. Do what they are supposed to do.

Great for lifting watercolor paints.
Arrived on time in good condition. These brushes seem to be high quality. I bought them for creating highlights in a background in a watercolor lesson. They work well for my needs.

Lovely quality. Work well at lifting or blending paint without damaging my paper.

Excellent product for lifting watercolour paint, providing you have good cotton paper! A variety of ends meaning you can remove a lot or a little working in fine lines if you wish

10 years of practice and I don’t know why I didn’t buy these before. Great for lifting, blending and some finishing touches in watercolor. I use the white ones only in the end as they can damage the paper. Great cheaper solution for the erradicator (expensive and only sells from maker in Europe 🙄)
