I have these, but Can these be used for rolling up fruit leathers in my new magic mill? I just found out I need roll up sheets too?

I'm sorry but no they won't work for the roll-up sheets. The holes in the fabric will let the liquid leak through, make a mess and leave you very disappointed in your effort. Those fruit leathers will be fabulous when you use the proper sheets and you will be so proud of your accomplishment.

What is the highest temperature these we’re made for?

I have been using these in my Ninja 10 in 1 air fryer on a variety of temps. Works great and easy to trim to fit your different pans.

Can these handle freezing temps? I'm looking for something for a freeze dryer where temps go from -40 to 150 F.

I do not know from experience, but I think they would be okay for a freeze dryer. It would need to be lower than -67 degrees (55 C) to start to compromise the silicone. These are easily cut to shape what you want.

The product is called "teflon dehydrator sheets". pfoa is teflon. how can these be pfoa free? please explain.

I do not have the Lova Teflon...I have the Lova silicone sheets. That is what I am using and works great.
