Good Repair
I purchased this to repair a small hole in a brand new t-shirt. Well I was pleasantly surprised after I read the directions and realized I didn’t have to iron it to make it work. It sticks on the fabric like a temporary tattoo sticks to your skin. Crazy awesome. The repair looked great. You can cut the page to the size you need, easy to apply and has worn nicely without coming apart. It’s a great value for the money and Im getting ready to try it on a boot that needs repairing. It’s inspiring bc I can use it on other projects!!! I recommend!!!

Works well for quick repairs
Some usage notes follow, as the included documentation is unfortunately not spectacular. This product is basically a strong fabric adhesive bonded to a waxed paper backing. It is not 'tape' in the traditional sense; it should rather be treated as glue delivered in tape form for convenient, clean application. This works well for attaching patches and hemming cloth, but will not bridge a tear on its own (you also need another patch of fabric to do that). I can confirm that this product works as advertised on cotton, but have not tried other fibers. To apply, unroll and cut the length of tape necessary, then press the sticky side firmly against the desired area of the fabric. Rub the tape if necessary to get it to stick. Then, peel away the waxed paper; it may look like you are threatening to peel the adhesive away as well, but the waxed paper will come loose first if the adhesive is suitably bonded to the fabric. This leaves behind a strip of translucent adhesive; press the other piece of fabric firmly against the exposed adhesive, and the two are now bonded. Once I determined the proper use of this product, it worked well for what I needed it for - quick repairs without sewing that stand up to the wash. I will definitely order more if I need it in the future.

Works as it should. Glad I made this purchase.
Used this to secure the hard plastic hem of my dress to help it keep shape for a formal event. It took time to peel the paper backing off each piece of the tape as I secured it to the dress, but I don't know any way the company could fix this. For the most part the tape worked exactly as it should, however there were times that the heal of my shoe would get stuck on the tape and I would have to bend over to unstick my dress from my shoe. This was probably due the material of the dress and not necessarily the tapes fault, but it was slightly annoying. However, despite those annoyances it was still better than having the dress hem not keep it's shape and turn inside out like it was before taping it down. The price was excellent and overall I'm satisfied with this purchase. I also have plenty of tape remaining for the future. Would recommend.

Worked well
I used this to stick small pieces of fabric into place on something that should have been embroidered with a satin stitch. It worked great. Stays put and didn't do a bad job of laying flat. I did not have to take tranquilizers to finish sticking on these tiny appliques. The tape holds it's shape well.

Great adhesion for costumes
I'm making a cosplay costume for someone, made entirely out of a stretch synthetic leather. Even though the package says it is not for stretch synthetics, it held an appliqué of the same fabric onto it. I used the tape and trimmed it to shape (with the backing paper on after I adhered it to the back edges of the appliqué. Yes, you do lose stretch, but that didn't matter for me. The bond seems strong. I would not sew over it, as it is fairly thick and would certainly gum up your needle, if you could get through it at all. In regards to some of the other reviews, I would not use this (or any fusible or glue) in lieu of sewing - gluing seams with anything is asking for trouble. I would use this type of application only for a craft or costume, not for garments or something that will be washed very often. Gluing is second to sewing, only in circumstances where it doesn't matter. I cringe at glued hems and the like, because it is shoddy work and will NOT last. If you can't sew a simple seam or hem, please find someone who does, or better yet, learn! Sewing is indeed a life skill. I am very happy with the results of this products intended purpose.

Simple, easy to use, excellent results.
I wanted to cut and hem a shower curtain to fit into an alcove for a bathroom window consisting of glass bricks for those times when a little extra privacy might be needed, but I didn't want the hassle of hemming the curtain by hand. I decided to purchase one of those iron-on hemming tapes. When I saw this product didn't even require ironing, I had to try it. I was amazed at how simple it was to use. I cut strips about 6" or so (I didn't really measure) and applied them end-to-end across the bottom of the shower curtain that I had cut to the desired length. As I pulled the backing off each strip, I folded the hem up and pressed it with my fingers. That's all it took. Not only did it work beautifully, it holds so well that the finished edge looks as though I ironed it! (I've added pictures to show the result.) Crisp and neat. The whole project took less than 20 minutes, start to finish, including the time to measure and cut the curtain. Now I'm off to tackle that one pair of jeans that has always been about an inch too long! Caveat: I have not washed the item and would not likely dry a fabric shower curtain in a dryer (the manufacturer recommends against it), so I cannot say how this product will hold up to laundering.
