Does anyone know of reputable reviews of whether or not this actually enhances hydration?

It contains electrolytes, so it should enhance hydration. It does taste delicious.

There is apparently caffeine in this, but it doesn’t say anywhere obvious on the label or the box. I gave it to my 14 year old and she’s been up all n

I avoid caffeine myself. Pure Kick "Energy" has caffeine but the "Hydrate" has only electrolytes, like Gatorade. I drink the Citrus Hydrate, love the flavor and no caffeine, which I am sensitive to as well.

How can you call this "Pure Kick" when it has the psycoactive sweetner aspertame?

😂 that’s probably why my mother always ask me to order it for her she loves her artificial sweetener aspartame
