This is quite good. I do wish it preserved a little bit more of passion fruit’s tartness. Will buy again

This is a DELICIOUS passionfruit curd! Very prominent passionfruit flavor without an artificial aftertaste. I’ve tried numerous passionfruit products to get the best flavor (pulp, jellies, jams, butters, curds) and this one, by far, has the closest to fresh passionfruit flavor. Some of the other products rely too heavily on HFCS, and perhaps the passionfruit used in other products wasn’t as fresh? In any case, this fits my bill, for sure! Added a photo to show relative size. I’ll be freezing what I don’t use as it has a little life of 4 weeks; and freezing fruit curds has worked well for me in the past!

Blended it with heavy cream to make a delicious chantilly

I bought some chocolates that had PASSION FRUIT INSPIRATION by valrhona in them recently and they were AHHH-Mazing. So I wanted somethign similar to scratch that itch. So I bought this and an other less expensive curd. I figured I really like lemon curd I'm sure it'll be similar. WRONG this stuff tastes like bad eggs and milk powder were heated and caned. Avoid this jar of garbage. To be clear it didn't taste rotten and the seal on the can was good it was the flavor of the product that was bad, like actively bad. This isn't a case of the oh you had some good things and this is just "fine" no no no my friend this is BAD. The other curd I bought was rather good and like 10$ cheaper go get that.

A little expensive, but absolutely worth it!! Love the tartness of the lilikoi. I shouldn't be writing a glowing review. Now everyone will want to buy this and there won't be any in stock the next time I order it!! Product arrived safely in 4 days!

Purchased to use for nieces cupcakes, however, the passion fruit flavor is mild at best. After sharing with family to see their reaction, decided to make the filling myself and not use this. It did not work for my taste.

So, I've never actually ate a passion fruit but I've had Welch's Passion Fruit juice so that is my only reference. I used this as a topping for my cheesecake and it was liked by everybody who ate it but me. I thought it was just okay BUT what do I know? I've never ate and actual passion fruit.

Its ok almost like an orangy lemon curd, I bought to make ice cream in creami deluxe

Too sweet and sickly for spreading on bread and butt, but does the job for those puddings and cakes requiring passion fruit flavouring. I used it in making a pistachio, lime and passion fruit cake. It worked well.

OK - this is probably just a personal preference thing - and maybe I am spoiled. My mother used to make home-made lemon curd and, where I grew up, we had passionfruit growing in the garden. So I am a massive fan of curd and also passionfruit.. And so I kind of expected the same texture as Mum's curd but tasting like passionfruit. Unfortunately - for me - the texture and consistency was unpleasant - and the taste, while pasionfuity, was missing something.. It was OK, but only OK. Won't be buying it again and may not finish this jar.. I am disappointed, but it is not the fault of the folks that make it - and I can HIGHLY recommend their strawberry jam.. But this product is definitely a personal taste thing, and harder to get right for everyone.
