I think I would have liked to have given this 5 stars, but (This may be my fault) on first use I found my fried eggs stuck to the pan and the burned egg deposit was extremely difficult to remove from the surface of the pan. It was my first time using an induction hob and I may have had the setting too high and I fry using coconut oil which has a lower tolerance to higher temperature than other oils. The pan looks and feels good, so, maybe under different circumstances it would probably have performed better. It could be a 5 star item, check other reviews to be certain.

La meilleur poele de ma vie ! N'attache pas, un petit coup de chiffon avec produit vaiselle si on veut, et la voilà impeccable.Je ne pourrai plus m'en passer ! Pas besoin de matiere grasse pour cuire, mais à feu doux qd meme ! Je ne la passe pas au lave vaiselle, trop facile d'entretien !
