Lives up for the Super Loud
I purchased the Super Loud Solid Brass Hand Bell for use during prayer and meditation and overall it’s a really beautiful and premium feeling piece. The solid brass construction gives it a wonderful weight and presence in the hand, and the craftsmanship is clearly quality — it looks and feels like a bell that will last a lifetime. The ring itself is clear, crisp and resonant — exactly the kind of pure tone that lends itself beautifully to a prayer and meditation setting, helping to mark moments of intention and transition with a sense of reverence. The one thing to be aware of is that it lives up to its “Super Loud” name rather enthusiastically! For a quiet, intimate prayer or meditation setting the volume can feel a little more powerful than needed — it’s definitely built for larger spaces and gatherings rather than personal devotional use. A lighter touch when ringing helps, but just know going in that this bell means business volume wise. If you’re looking for a bell for a larger worship or ceremony setting this would be absolutely perfect. For personal prayer and meditation it’s still a gorgeous and meaningful piece — just ring it gently and let the beautiful tone do the rest!

Good looking and useful addition to the sickroom.
Very helpful. My elderly father injured himself in a fall and needs someone close by when he wants to get up from his bed or chair or needs us to bring him something. He wears an in-house call button to summon me or my husband when we are not within hearing distance. However, the call button has been known to fail once or twice. This bell is a great back-up for peace of mind if that should happen again. It is easy to see, easy to grasp and solid but not heavy. The ringing tone is loud and clear; we joke that the entire neighborhood will know he has to use the bathroom if he would ever use it at night! A very good, basic solution, and totally non-tech!
