I bought this refractometer in June 2022 and it has been used maybe once a week, so 20 readings or less and it now does not work. I have kept it in a protective case and cleaned it very well after every use. Once the battery low function suggested to replace batteries I replaced the batteries with 10 different sets of Energizer lithium and it still reads low battery. Very expensive for the quality.

This product does not measure the moisture of our product properly. It’s very hard to read and shouldn’t be.
