Great products
I love this set! It’s a great price for what you get and it has a convenient carry bag. The barbell pad is so comfortable, especially for hip thrusts but also fits perfectly behind my neck doing squat and my hair doesn’t get caught up in the Velcro. It makes a big difference for me when doing the workouts because I can focus so much better on the mind/muscle connection without the distraction of discomfort and pain. The booty bands are comfortable, they don’t slide like some do. (Don’t waste money on those thin rubber ones!!) It will depend on your level of fitness how effective they are. The light band really doesn’t do anything for me and the medium will have to be retired too soon, but the strong band is some work. I only wish there was an extra string band with this set or an option to skip that light band for an extra strong one instead. The ankle straps are not my favorite part of the set but they’re comfortable and easy on easy off. Definitely stronger and more comfortable then others I’ve used.

Replacements for when my gym runs out
I originally ordered this just for the barbell cover, but the other accessories are nice too since they tend to "disappear" from the gym if use. Now I keep these in my trunk, so if I never need to do barbell hip thrusts, glute kickbacks, or just need a sturdy resistance band I am set! The resistance bands in particular are much more comfortable than the rubber ones that gyms typically have.
