Great product for a great price. The image is clear, easy to install and customer service was able to get us additional lenses to meet our seasonal needs for a nominal fee. I am impressed.

Bought this projector and immediately followed the instructions to request the lens with our logo. Lucy responded fairly quickly and was very easy to work with. We received the lens just a few days after. Overall the process was very quick. I tried the new lens with our logo and it looks awesome. Can’t wait to use this at our next event. Tip: it was a bit difficult to initially change the lens, but once I figured out how to remove the silver ring, it wasn’t hard. Tip: to focus you do may need to rotate the lens a bit more than you would normally think (depending on where you are projecting) . Rotating the lens is basically unscrewing it. It doesn’t rotate like a camera lens.

I’m completely satisfied with this product. I was impressed with quick delivery, product functionality, and the great customer service. I also ordered a personal Gobo lens, which Lucy provided assistance with the design. This made my selection seamless. I’m looking forward to my next order. Kudos! Customer for life.

I purchased the 80-watt to project a Corporate logo for a restaurant on the walkway of the entrance from a 12-foot ceiling. I used a 0.52 lens to get a 6-foot image on the ground. Projector is heavy duty and the image is incredible! You cannot lose on this one!

Item as described, even better than expected! High quality unit with serious heat sink. Custom lens was produced quickly and looks great. Support was excellent...again, better than expected. Would buy this unit and from this vendor again!!

The projector stopped working very shortly after installation. We have reached out to the vendor to replace it. But we would recommend it for its cost and quality.
