It arrived quickly and well packaged. I was surprised by how quickly it charged. I have seen the 'gun' in B&B videos and I feel the new design of this massager makes it easy to reach those spots that would otherwise be inaccessible with these short arms. The motor is quiet and the control panel offers various speed and intensity options of pressure and heat. There are 5 heads to use and the two that i used yesterday worked well for me.There are a large number of videos to support the use of the massager. It is a good idea to watch the YouTube videos on Bob and Brad's Channel to learn what pitfalls to avoid and how best to address various issues. On a video I heard one of the B's say he used the massager as a warm up before workouts. Since i am hauling furniture around the house and i am old as dirt I used the massager to loosen up the areas in my back that are most likely to file a breach of contract suit before i started working yesterday and again after when that one spot in the lumbar started singing the song of her people. Today no pain, no grapefruit sized knots to work out. I feel awesome. I will check back in if i have anything to add.
