I've tried other diet powders and pills with no luck but the commercial made it look worth it. I was super excited when it came in but then the excitement faded when i tried it out for the first time. I used water on the first time and could barely get it down. The flavor was gross and I felt like i was drinking chalk. I was gagging on the chalkiness of it every drink i took. I also tried it with milk. The milk was a little better I was able to get more down but the chalkiness was still there and the Almased was so powerful I couldn't taste the milk.
