It's hard for me to tell if probiotics are working as advertised or not. Dealing with severe IBD I try whatever might help alleviate symptoms and improve my health. I take probiotics along with my prescriptions as just another level of coverage and hoping for improvements.These probiotics seemed to help more than other brands, but it's hard to be certain. Definitely will try them again though

I know herbal supplements aren't approved/regulated by FDA and I didn't believe in probiotic hocus pocus before ... but my out of control eczema prompted me to look for a solution. My hands were always very dry and itchy. Probiotics have helped that condition *somewhat* but what makes me consider this an amazing addition to my daily Claritin and nasal spray is that it "cured" my lactose intolerance that I've dealt with my entire life. It was getting to the point where it would hurt when I had ice cream or drank a little milk. I thought I was cursed for life ... not so. I have had pizza recently and realized I suffered no ill effects (gas, bloating, diarrhea, pain, etc.). I am a believer and will keep my Amazon subscription.

I'm a nutritionist and VERY picky on my supplements. I was out of my normal probiotics, and was getting over a GI illness and couldn't wait for my normal probiotics to come in. These are amazing. I typically take 50 billion (I'm treating my leaky gut syndrome) probiotics a day. Since these are controlled release, meaning they release in your intestines versus your stomach, I wasn't confident to take my normal 50 billion and followed the package recommendations. I'd recommend these, and this brand, and controlled release, if you are looking for a probiotic.

I have used Natures Bounty Probiotic for several years and found it does what it is meant to do. I found it to be unavailable in stores during pandemic but discovered I could preorder through Amazon through their plan and I don't have to go looking for it anymore since it is mailed to me automaticly every 4 wks. I recommend both the plan and the Natures Bounty.

I always had stomach issues with heart burn and my stomach not fully breaking down food and within a week I almost never get heartburn and now my fecal matter is exactly where it should be, I’ve purchased 2 bottles so far and will continue to use these as it Las made a huge difference with my stomach.
