Excellent creatine, dissolves well and gives great results.
I've been using Forzagen's creatine monohydrate for several months and am very satisfied with its quality. It's tasteless, which I love because I can easily mix it into my shake or juice without altering the taste. It dissolves quickly and leaves no residue. Decent, but not the best
My anecdotal experience with this Creatine has been...alright. It's not the best, but it's also not bad for the price. The water retention in my muscles seem slightly lower than when I'm using other brands of creatine. And I also feel like I have more hair fall when using this brand of creatine.

Muy buena creatina, la uso antes de entrenar y pues me ayuda a no cansarme tan rápido y recuperarme entre ciclos, claro si quieres resultados es necesario una dieta, ejercicio y descanso, en general cumple con lo que describe ah no tiene sabor.
