how long does the battery last before it needs charging?

The one I used worked about 8vhours and then when I tried to recharge it, it would not take a charge. Also, for Latin American spanish, it was way off.

Can I change the voice on the device?

We sent it back it was to hard to figure out how to work it.

How can I get some tech help in setting this up ?

The Devise has poor Instructions and I Guess you may need to contact amazon for help or get your Refund back if not happy.
