Do you have to soak the food before giving it to them?

No! you do not have to soak the food before giving it to your fish. The food simply floats on top of the water and the fish come up to the surface to feed on the Tetra. If your Goldfish are small you might want to make the bigger chunks bite size by crushing it a little with your fingers before dropping it in your tank or pond. If your fish are large just drop without crushing the food.

Can i use it for platy fishes in my goldfish tank.?

They can eat it but you should also feed a tropical community diet for the platys.

Can glo fish eat this

They can eat it, but it would not meet their nutritional needs. You need a tropical fish diet or glofish specific diet.

can you feed these to venus flytraps?

They are formulated for omnivorous fish, not carnivorous plants so they probably will not make an appropriate diet for a venus flytrap.
