TORQ Gel - Pack of 15

Quality as always from Torq is great. Has some reservations about the strawberry taste, but as they were discounted, I went for them and have no regrets. For those who have not tried Torq, they can be very sweet, like your favourite dessert, but they sit well and are easily digestible.

Ran across these at a gravel event. I like the texture and the flavors are pretty good. The idea of gels is to pack in as many carbs in as small of package as possible. These pack one highest grams of carbs per grams of gel out there. Some brands boast having more, but when looking at how many carbs you get per packet, they will be lower than Torq. Torq breaks all their gels and drinks into “units per hour”. Look into it and try it…you won’t bonk.

I’m training for the TCS London Marathon 2024 and these gels are just my favourite. They taste amazing and go down easy. Do yourself a favour and get these if your going to get any gels ! You won’t regret it.

Never had gels in my life and got into a mess with a 100 mile training ride prior to my A & B events so decided to go with Torq gels. Consumed 15 gels at a rate of 1 every 30 minutes for a 120 mile / 13000ft Sportive at hard pace. Absolutely no stomach issues whatsoever and fuelling was perfect. Hydration was Precision Hydration 1500 electrolyte. The really strong stuff as cramps are an issue with me.
