Review: Great Adjustable Dumbbell Set for Home Workouts - I've been using this set for my home workouts, and it's been very convenient. It's easy to adjust the weight, feels sturdy, and doesn't take up much space. I like that it can be used for different exercises, which makes my workouts more versatile. Price is very friendly which was under $100 when I got it. Grips are anti-slip which is good. Come-in package is well wrapped and stripped and the box is undamaged. The only thing I hope is if they can sell accessories separately or include more in the box. For example, it comes with 4 kettlebell handles. But only one kettlebell rod. It would be great to come in a pair. Also, I need more fix nuts. I don’t want to assemble/ disassemble every time I exercise. It’s even better if they sell rack for storage. I will definitely get one.

Great starter set if you’re new to lifting and want something versatile for home workouts. The ability to switch between dumbbells, barbell, and kettlebell is a huge plus, and it’s been solid for the few weeks I’ve used it. That said, it’s not perfect. The kettlebell handle is thicker than standard and can feel awkward. Some exercises are a bit clunky because the weights get in the way, so you’ll find yourself adjusting your grip. The barbell is also pretty short, which makes hand placement feel cramped. For reference I am 5'3. Overall, if you’re a beginner and want convenience over perfection, this gets the job done. Just don’t expect gym-quality ergonomics.
