Review: Makes work fast - I bought these to take off an old decal on my boat. It did not hurt the paint at all. Works as intended.
Review: Works well, be patient. - I removed an area of baked on vinyl from the manufacturer , about 4-5 feet wide by 6 inches , located on the front part of the vehicles hood. I tried using a heat gun but the vinyl kept melting and it became difficult to remove it this way. I used one disc partially , using about an eighth of an inch of the diameter of the disc. There was plenty left , and on the disc itself is a minimum line to which the disc is useable. I never got there. There are feedback regarding the disc unscrewing itself from the drill when the disc is lifted off the work area. To prevent this from happening I wrapped the threaded shaft of the disc with white teflon pipe threading tape . A firm grasp of the drill is required and using a slight controlled force to the affected area is a must. Once started it seems that the rubber disc is damaging the paint but it is not. Keep the disc moving to and fro, up and down. The disc material comes off in the process, just like erasing a pencil mark with an eraser. The eraser material along with the vinyl and adhesive will stick to the paint but can be physically removed with a plastic scraper and or finger nail. Finally I cleaned up any residual adhesive spots with Rapid Remover adhesive remover as Goo Gone was not as effective. Good luck

**Q: What size drill for this - 3/8 or 1/2 ?**
A: What I found out that you can use either 3/8 or 1/2 inch HOWEVER DO NOT USE A HIGH SPEED> when I started my speed was too high and the under coating was scuffed and when I reduced it to under or around 500 RPMs it did a good job - I would recommend to start at a slower speed and not too fast.  Take care   John

**Q: What is the thread size?**
A: It comes with an arbor for a drill.. no need for anything high speed.

**Q: How do i contact satc? the wheel removed some of my clear coat**
A: Did not appear to effect the clear coat, but area will need buffing after removal of the decal.

**Q: Is the adapter supposed to be treaded?  Unable to attach to the threaded post sticking out of wheel!?**
A: Yes u screw it on the the wheel and it extends tso u hit the car or truck . It works great after use it for a minute I clean some of the stuff off then start again.  The wash off and wax to clean it up
