Unfortunately, they didn't agree with my stomach. After taking them, I experienced bloating, nausea, and stomach discomfort, so I decided to stop using them. That may not happen to everyone, but it was my experience. If your digestive system tolerates psyllium well, this may be a good product. It simply wasn't the right fit for me.
