Ordered this on a whim. Was about to order a different brand- went with this 'cause it was cheaper. Not sorry I did. Taste is refreshing. I have been using this just a few days, so to early for me to comment if I feel it is fulfilling up to its' potential. I go by the directions and hold liquid under my tongue for 30 seconds. I have been feeling pretty good these couple of days, energy seems good, I woke up drooling this morning.. something I have never done.. LOL so this must be absorbing into my body quite well. I like that the quality of this product is as natural as the other brand I had intended to buy. More bang for my buck which is absolutely wonderful.

It's easy and the minty taste is pretty good. I've been taking it for about a year now (I only take ~0.1 mL/day), and it's raised my vitamin D to normal levels, so my doctor and I are both happy. It does sometimes make my throat feel dry/scratchy, but that's minor and it goes away quickly, especially if I drink some water. The dropper doesn't go all the way down to the bottom of the bottle, but it looks like I'll be able to get almost all of it out by tilting it. Overall, I'm happy with it and would recommend it!
