There is a listed photo that shows the back of all three pouches that shows all of the nutritional facts information for all three varieties included in the variety packs. In general though each pouch has 180 calories, 5g of fat, 17-19 carbs with 14-16 grams of sugar coming from the real fruit used in the products and all have 14g of protein. **Q: Can you open these and refil them or is their enough room to skip in a powder protien** A: The beauty of SmashPack is that it already has 14g of protein mixed in it with the fruit. We wouldn't recommend reusing or refilling the pouches and they would probably be difficult to fully clean. We have not experimented with adding additional protein to the pouch. The size of the spout could make attempting this difficult to accomplish and difficult to easily mix in. **Q: Are these organic?** A: SmashPacks are not organic. SmashPack uses real pureed fruit and 14g of whey protein in each pouch which are already expensive ingredients. Unfortunately the supply of organic whey protein is limited and extremely expensive to use.
