There is an extremely present taste of stevia that overpowers the hazelnut. Even though the bottle was sealed , my package arrived potently smelling like hazelnut. Somehow the liquid had seaped out. I bought it for the hazelnut flavour not stevia flavour.

Good flavor to add to coffee. Also prefer stevia since I don’t like sucralose.

You can use this with half and half and get all the benefits of stevia with hazelnut creamer in your coffee without the extra sugar in the creamer!!

So far I've only tried this a couple times in my coffee. I tried it with Donkin' Donuts and Green Mountain. I had to use like 15 drops with the dunkin' just to taste it. I think the DD was just too strong. However, I only had to use 10 drops in the GMt. coffee. It gives a nice hazelnut taste and aroma. I think I am just so used to using the stevia sugar in almost everything or because I have a huge sweet tooth that is probably why I needed to add more than other people may need. Like they say in their recommendations, everyone is different in their taste buds. I've used stevia to sweeten everything that needs it! Like my coffee and tea, smoothies, cereal/oatmeal, etc. Stevia has a naturally different taste than anything else. It's VERY sweet, so adjust accordingly. I also bought the coconut pineapple, strawberry mango, and vanilla cherry and just recieved them today. I'm excited to try them!

I bought this for a sugar-free nutella-type spread experiment I'm going to try soon... While I haven't gotten around to that yet, I have tried this in other things. It still has a stevia flavor, but it is not bitter or overwhelming like other extracts I have tried- I have it in coffee and oatmeal, which I do not do with the health food store brand stevia extract I have in my cabinet. It gives a nice hazelnut flavor and aroma as well, which I think will be good for my not-tella recipe. If you want something to dump into your coffee and make it taste like a frappucino, this is not it, try a flavored syrup instead. But if you have tried other stevia extracts and thought they were just okay, this one is a definite upgrade.
