I love making mini muffins just the bike size muffin.the pan is nonstick .nothing sticks to it. It’s easy to wash just wipe it off and you’re ready for more muffins

Nice and heavy weight. Good size. Sorry to see the rust inside cavities and back side when left to air dry which is required by Health Department.

I'm not a princess when it comes to my tools. I will try to make anything work. But... a girl does get a little bit swooney when presented with a well-made, thoughtful design, and perfectly executed manufacturing. This is not the cheapest pan - just the best I've ever seen. I use three of these muffin pans. I roll out one sheet of dough to cover one whole pan, lightly press a second pan on top of the dough for a few seconds to make an indentation so I can see where the cups, are, fill the cups with things like sausage, pie fillings, dumpling fillings, etc., and then place another flat piece of dough on top of the filled cups to make a top for the 24 pastries. Then I cut the top dough around the 24 filled cups before I bake it. I usually bake these (appetizers or deserts) for about 23 minutes at 375. With three pans, I can knock out over 70 appetizers/deserts in about 35 minutes. Clean-up is a snap.

These muffin trays are a good weight and quality. They baked my muffins beautiful with Evan baking, not like the cheap trays that can unevenly bake and cook the out wells before the middle is done. I would certainly recommend these trays, also the company was quick on delivery as I received these trays within a couple of days of ordering.

RUN - don't walk. If you love baking, get this now! After years of putting up with a cheap Kmart version, I finally bit the bullet and got one of these. Oh man, I wish I had gotten them sooner! Truly non-stick, the muffins came off easily (I still sprayed a bit of oil). No need for liners, no need to stick a knife, absolutely wonderful!
