Actually tastes like Mint Chocolate chip!
I’ve tried a lot of protein powders that claim to taste like a specific flavor and fall flat, but Rule One’s Mint Chocolate Chip is one of the better ones I’ve had. It genuinely tastes like mint chip ice cream — not artificial or medicinal like some mint powders can be. Mixes smoothly with just a shaker bottle, no clumps, and it’s not overly sweet. Texture is light, not chalky or thick like some whey blends. Mixes well with just water, but even better with milk for a more dessert-like shake.

Best protein available at any price point
I have tried so many brands of whey protein. I prefer isolates for their cleanest macros. Most brands have a synthetic plastic after taste. This has no aftertaste (it tastes amazing) and is one of the few brands with a chocolate mint flavor which is amazing. The vanilla flavor is also good. It mixes easily in a shaker bottle. This is the best protein and it’s a great value for the price.
