Not helping so far
The lag shot promised to help improve the swing tempo while also allowing one to hit the balls. It falls short on giving enough "lag" experience to players (in our case, a junior player training seriously every day). The shaft is not flexible (whippy) enough -- perhaps to ensure it can actually hit balls. We (our junior) hit balls with the lag shot with additional aids (alignment sticks/gages) before changing to actual irons. This has not had any positive impact on the shots so far, which we hoped after reading the other reviews.
