As advertised. Installed and Operation.
Purchased, installed, operational. Everything needed was in the package. You'll need to supply and power-strip and extension card if required for your application.

Very disappointing
This product looked promising when it arrived. While it was not in original factory packaging, it was professionally packaged and very clean. I unboxed and hooked up the unit. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. It worked for about 10 minutes and powered off. It will no longer power on. I am returning the unit.
