Fit perfectly
This fit the TRUE cooler at my job perfectly and was very easy to install. It is not the strongest plastic from what I could tell, and I understand how the original broke, but it should last a long time as long you don't over stress it in the installation or knock into it with something. The rubber grommet piece that everyone buys with this also was not really necessary. This piece installs very snug and the rubber piece really just serves to seal the refrigeration in around the edge which you could probably do with some rubber sealant or just do without as it can't leak that much from the tiny space.
