Help to get another battery
The battery isn't very long lasting. I searched for another and can't find one. Anyone know where to get one? Other wise I'd buy again

It works good better than the less expensive. Don’t waist your money with the cheapest version. Make this one your best affordable option

Will not turn on and the company is impossible to get a hold of
I bought this device in August 2023 never used it and now it does not power on. I have email this company many times for a replacement. They tell me to email tech support and nothing happens.

Hola compre este equipo lo use solo 3 veces y lo deje descargado ahora lo intente cargar y solo prende y se apaga no hace nada mas. Muy mal equipo

Initial impressions- Multifaceted-may be used as a phone -Missing manual/start up guide
I was surprised to find that the SMAJAYU POS receipt printer is an android 10 that has the capability of being a phone as well. Upon startup, it asks for a sim card for "phone" setup. I skipped this part and am not using this as a phone but found that interesting. The screen initially times out and locks after 5 seconds and this will need to be reset in settings. I did not receive a user's manual or instruction booklet on how to operate or what software to download as stated in the product description. This has hindered my ability to use a large majority of the functions. It does not come with pre-installed software and I installed the recommended software to operate my store. I was able to sign into the app without issues. I cannot figure out how to use the printer or use this yet as Bluetooth does not recognize the printer and I cannot add the IP address. I have looked at videos and have tried to find an online manual. It appears to be a nice device but without the setup manual, I have not been able to figure it out yet. It has been time-consuming.

Doesn’t work
The machine stopped accepting payments after the 2nd day. The receipt printer never worked. I would return it, but I threw away the box

It’s very nice!
It’s basically an android phone with a receipt printer attached to but don’t get this if youre wanting the phone side of it. I mean, it could work but would be so awkward carrying this around. If you’re using it for what its made for. It’s great! It works as should. Great quality materials, doesn’t feel cheap, comes in a nice boxing. It’s overall very good. I’ve tested most of it BUT the printer. It’s not on the latest android software but its still responsive and smooth for what it is. You can put a sim in and use it just in your shop and to still feel connected or use it for business line. It’s a good combo! I dont know if this is worth the price.. seems a bit pricy for the phone itself cannot update to latest android software. Maybe if it was at least $180. But seems a bit too much. Other than the price. It’s nice!
