I tested the test!
What a complete waste of money! I just did 3 different blood tests within the space of 5 minutes and they came back with wildly varying results. I'm trying to stay in ketosis for health reasons so this is massively disheartening. We're being ripped off. The test is unreliable

Although very pricy the device works quite easily. A bit difficult to open each Keto strip (I use a small scissors) but all you need is a small blood sample and your done. I would recommend this product very highly.

Je suis un régime cétogène et j'utilise l'appareil de contrôle des cétones dans le sang. C'est le seul test réellement fiable, il vous faut bannir les testeurs via l'haleine ou l'urine si vous voulez une réelle précision en temps réel. L'appareil KetoBM est top, et ces languettes sont (avec les mini aiguilles appelées lancettes) les périssables à renouveler. Ces languettes sont les plus onéreuses de ces 2 périssables, environ 1€ par utilisation. Je contrôle tous les 3 jours en moyenne. Facile et précis, aucune mauvaise surprise.
