I love this popcorn popper! For me it is the perfect size for a serving of popcorn. I used it to make plain popcorn (no butter, salt, etc) and it was really tasty. Popped nice and fluffy and perfect texture. The next time I added butter. It again popped perfectly. Light and fluffy and not soggy from the butter. It did not burn for me, but I followed the instructions (and how I've always made popcorn in a microwave in the past) and listen to the popping. When it slows, I simply turn the microwave off and bring the popper out. I poured it into a bowl to make it easy to salt & pepper. The instructions call for a full cap measure, and that works perfectly as the popcorn fills up to the brim once popped. I had very few unpopped kernels, maybe 3 to 5 each time I made popcorn. Of course, this helps if your popcorn is fresh, but the popcorn poppers and microwaves have an impact on that as well. It is very easy to wash the popper. It is dishwasher safe, and the first time I cleaned it, I put it on the top rack. I now have it at camp where I do not have a dishwasher, and it washes out easily with dish soap and water. There are recipes a couple recipe topping ideas, including sprinkling with cinnamon sugar mixture. That sounds yummy, but I haven't tried it yet. My favorite toppings are parmesan cheese and Italian seasonings, or just salt and pepper.

This is a decent microwave popcorn popper. I have only experienced minimal burning and that was with older kernels. Once I bought new popcorn, I have not experienced any burning. However, I do find there are more unpopped kernels than what I get with my air popper. I fill the kernels to the line every time, but do not get as much popcorn as shown in the picture. Maybe half the container is full. All that said, I bought it to use in our camper, and for that purpose it's decent.

Easy way to make popcorn. I like to use popcorn kernels instead of microwave popcorn as the microwave popcorns contain a lot of chemicals. I like this product because the parts touching the popcorn during popcorn is glass and not plastic. The lid is great for measuring the perfect amount of popcorn for the popper. No oil is needed. It is very easy to clean. I like the small size as I am the only person in my house that eats popcorn. It is very easy to clean. In my microwave it only needs 2 minutes and 30 seconds for the popcorn to be popped and ready to eat.

I am a popcorn fiend. I love this popper. I like that it's glass, even though the top where the butter goes is plastic. Very easy to use. I have a microwave that revolves and I think that helps prevent burning. I have used this with or without butter and I find that small amount of butter increases the amount of kernels that pop. I've also noticed there's more butter on the sides than on the actual popcorn, but I don't mind that because less calories. I've never had to use oil with this. After popping I just eat out of the container. Cleaning is simple. A bit of dish soap and hot water is all I've had to use. But I've been telling everyone to get this. It's been great! I did have to figure out a time that worked with my microwave because it's lower wattage (around 700), so I have to microwave for between 4 and 5 minutes to get a lot popped.

It's OK. As pictured. I have used another brand of popcorn popper for many, many years with total satisfaction, but it has finally developed issues. I chose to order this Ecolution popper based on all the positive reviews. Some buyers praised that most kernels popped. First time I used it, I set the 1st cycle timer for 2.5 minutes as recommended, and set a second cycle for 30 additional seconds to begin immediately if needed. Only about half the popper was full after 2.5 minutes so I allowed the 2nd cycle to take over. Almost half the kernels did not pop. My microwave is quite powerful, 1100 Watts, and the popcorn has a "use by" date of 3/4/2028. I was not thrilled with the results, pictured.

I’ve been using the Ecolution Micro-Pop Microwave Popcorn Popper 3‑Quart Glass and it works extremely well once you figure out the timing for your microwave. The container is temperature-safe glass, which I prefer over plastic poppers. It feels thick and durable and holds about 3 quarts, a good size for a couple of servings. The yellow 3-in-1 lid measures kernels and melts butter, letting it drip over the popcorn while it pops. It pops almost every kernel with 1 or 2 left behind. In my powerful microwave it finishes around 3½ minutes, but the key is stopping it as soon as popping slows. If it burns, it was simply left in too long. You can pop without oil or butter, then add seasoning like theater butter, ranch, nacho, or kettle corn. Everyone can customize their own batch. Cleanup is easy—I usually wipe it out, rinse it, and it’s ready again. The handle stays cool, though the glass bowl itself gets very hot. The only small downside is a little water can collect between the decorative outer ring and glass when washing, but it doesn’t affect performance. Overall it’s a great value, healthier than bagged popcorn, and very easy to use once you dial in the timing.

I have used this twice and LOVE it. I like white popcorn better and used some I had in the cabinet for a year and it popped fine. I measured to the little line on the cover TWICE & dumped it in. I put in 2 pieces of butter probably just a bit over 1 tablespoon overall. I put 2.5 minutes on the microwave. At 2 minutes it slows down and I stopped it about 15 seconds later. It worked fine without oil in the pot (I was doubtful, but it did). I l like Theater flavored salt so I sprinkled some on in the serving bowl and stirred a little. It is a big serving for one person, but maybe not enough for two. I'll put this on my list of good gifts college kids, young adults and school age kids who are allowed to use the microwave. So much tastier and healthier than those bags on "instant" you buy. Did I say I LOVE THIS?

Ich habe den Popcorn Popper in L.A. gesehen und musste ihn unbedingt haben. Vorher habe ich nur Popcorn von Chio oder so in diesen Tüten gemacht, aber das war nie so der Bringer. Dieses Teil klang nach einer echten Alternative. Versand kam direkt aus den USA und ging schnell und Problemlos. Nachdem es einmal abgespült wurde, wurde es auch gleich getestet. Schritt 1: Der Deckel ist gleichzeitig auch Füllbecher für den Popcorn Mais. Einfach soviel Mais hinzugeben, bis die Markierung erreicht wurde und in das Behältnis schütten. Schritt 2: Deckel drauf und in die Mikrowelle. Lt. Anleitung 2 Minuten (bei meiner ca. 2,5 Minuten) laufen lassen. Schritt 3: Abkühlen lassen und die nicht aufgepoppten Körner aussortieren und das Popcorn vorm Fernseher vernichten. Klappt wunderbar und ist lecker. Aktuell experimentiere ich mit dem Zucker noch etwas rum. Ich habe ihn immer direkt nach dem rausnehmen aus der Mikrowelle dazugegeben. War okay, aber ich denke wenn er in der Mikrowelle direkt mit dabei ist wird es besser. In den Deckel kann man auch ein Stück Butter legen, das zerläuft in der Mikrowelle und gibt dem Popcorn einen leckeren Buttergeschmack. Mit in der Verpackung sind noch zwei weitere Rezepte, die ich noch nicht ausprobiert habe. Fazit: Wer weniger Müll, mehr Popcorn und flexibler in den Geschmacksrichtungen sein will, muss dieses Teil haben. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Pops better than those microwave popcorn in paper bags. Need to experiment with the timing, for our 700watt microwave oven it takes 4 min 30 secs to pop almost all the corn. And we prefer to spray cooking oil on the corn as butter melted on the lid doesn't coat the popcorn evenly.

I highly recommend this popper! I decided to get this when my air popper started to smell funny. It's a great single-size serving. Works perfectly, just as described. Great gift item for popcorn lovers. It would be great for someone who likes to have popcorn at work because it's so convenient. Also works great for anyone working on managing portion control. I used to fill the air popper to the "max" line and consider that a single serving. The only issue is that water gets in between the plastic and the glass when you wash it so be careful if you're washing it with really dirty dishes or just leaving it in the sink and tossing other gross dishes in.

Being diabetic, I can now make my own non sugar n no salt popcorn in no time at home n saving$. Easy n fast. Just have to know exactly timing according to yr microwave power then all set. Enjoy it popping n hot out of the oven!
