After spraying the surface, the vinyl went on so smooth, and was movable until I found exactly the right centering. Then I used a squeegee to remove any bubbles. It's purpose is to keep the sticker from adhering so that vinyl sticker can be moved exactly where and how you want it. One advantage is re-positioning is possible with this product vs dry method. Always work from center out and squeegee the air and fluid out. Don't over apply just a light mist! I highly recommend this! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by P***7 on 15 December 2025* The stuff is awesome. I used it when running a traffic department when I make roadway signs with the vinyl/film plotter. I grabbed a bottle for some piece together wall decals. For my just adopted son. It's not really a product to overly spray a decal. One light mist spray gets enough to help reposition before using a squeegee. Too much and it is a cleaner too. So if a masking tape backing, you could be waiting on a delicate balance of not ordering a replacement decal.
