Is there any difference between the white or bronze to foam?

Not sure I just know bronze comes out dark but I don’t feel it did much I had to reapply everyday

Has anyone just tried the lotions or sprays vs the foams for these products, do they work the same/better, do I need to use a mit with the lotion?

Yes. Use a mit. Make sure you apply evenly. . Read instructions before applying. I love this product and its at third of the cost of my old one.
