Does this fit in average sized baby bottles?

It did not fit in my Dr Browns bottles. It's not as soft as and actual baby bottle brush. I use it for my adult water bottles and cups.

Why does it say this item can't be delivered to any address when I try to check out? Anyone else have this problem?

The only thing I can figure is that California has different laws regarding items that contain certain chemicals that are used during the manufacturing process- especially with Rubbers and Plastics. I've purchased items before that specifically state "Not for sale in the State of California" and then says "contains something known by the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm." I'm not saying in any way that that is the case with this product, just a guess.
