Cocao is very easy to fake hence I purchase from well known brands only. Had a bad experience with many brands like Forest Found. Finally settled on urban platter but they've increased price (more than double). So ordered from Minimal.... I have used 250g pack first. It was ok so ordered 1kg one but seems like it's adulterated, some unflavored particles are found. You may use it after using fine filter.

first of all it's colour is lighter then all the other cocoa powders and it's odor is not like chocolate at all and it doesn't tastes tall like cocoa , I have been using chocolate powder unsweetened for 3 years now of different brands but this is not even close to the taste of cocoa powder unsweetened , money wasted

This was a real good offer , product quality is also very good. At first I thought the Coco is light in colour but my cake bakes well with perfect brown and the aroma is yum
