Ordered two of these and delivered next day, no problem. Opened first box and new unused clamp in box, perfect. Opened second box and found clamp double wrapped in dirty, greasy polythene so tight that it had to be cut off, then discovered there was no steel pin attached to the adjustable clamp which renders the clamp useless. I can only assume this is a returned item that has not been checked to see what the problem is, just sent out again - So much for professional tool.
