Fabric Paint, Permanent Spray on Paint Set Party Pack, 9 Pack Rainbow

We used this for pasta shirts. We washed cotton t-shirts without fabric softner. Inserted board in shirt to prevent bleeding. Kids positioned elbow macaroni or spaghetti as they liked. Sprayed the paint. Shook off pasta. Let air dry for 4 hours. Then hot pressed to seal color. Repeated on back. After 72 hours, I washed with Color Catchers and dried on high heat. The colors turned out great with very little leakage on the color catchers. Easy to use, nice array of colors, and more creativity that regular tie dye.

I really like these paints and I have used them on several projects involving canvas tote bags and ornaments. You can achieve a different effect by spraying closer or farther away and I like the look of it as a lighter background base (instead of dying the item). I will be buying them again!

These worked pretty well. Most of them sprayed nicely if you follow instructions. One totally did not work. It simply dribbled out. The colors are nice and bold.

We used this paint (and foam stickers) for our 8/9 year olds to make shirts for their Girl Scout troop. 2 packages of paint was enough to cover the front and back of 18 shirts (men’s undershirts size Small). The paint worked best if the shirts were propped up a bit so you could hold the spray bottles a little more upright. I washed out each spray nozzle with warm water until it ran clear after using them and they worked fine the next time. We put cardboard inside the shirt to prevent bleeding through. They took several hours to dry but after about 30 minutes we were able to stack them to transport them home to dry without the paint rubbing off on each other. The paint easily washed off hands afterward. I would definitely recommend!

These paint spray bottles for cloth would be good for doing abstract art on white t-shirts, sure. However, I needed to spray white, red, and blue on a yellow shirt to make a Yoo-Hoo costume for my kid to use on Halloween. I decided to try this paint on a junk yellow shirt first and the white was bleeding past the stencil because I had to spray so much since the paint wasn't showing up white on the yellow shirt. I suppose about a dozen light sprays with adequate drying between sprays might work... but I didn't have that kind of time. I ended up using regular acrylic paint for crafts and a paintbrush instead. Also, the sprayers are kind of junky... spray comes out in mist but also big droplets... and it runs down the sprayer as well. This is why I say good for abstract/drip art on clothes, nothing much more precise than that though.

I love how flat this paint is on fabric! It can be a little hard to control but that's true of anything in a spray bottle. Works really well with stencils. Abstract sprays could work too but could also easily lead to ugly blended colors. Next time I bring them out I might try using them with a small paintbrush. That might give me more control in some respects but I also think there would be a lot of bleed. Regardless, these are so great with stencils. Real creatively liberating tool.

ulip Fabric paint takes a bit of practice to control, but it is non-toxic, color-fast, and produces wonderful T-shirts, table napkins, or whatever playful fabric objest you wish to spray. I recommend it highly.

I read all the instructions and even did some other online research to check for tips, if I needed to heat set (which is apparently unnecessary), etc. Then I decided to go for it. First of all, I didn't realize beforehand that it would work more like a perfume bottle than a febreeze bottle--in other words, there is no continuous spray, but you have to press the nozzle down every time to spritz it. Not only does that make it harder to control (despite claims on the box to the contrary), but my hand got super cramped up. I used the entire orange bottle on one item. I waited more than the recommended 72 hours to try washing it, and when I did THE PAINT CAME OFF! What an absolute waste of time and money!!

These spraypaints are great on my art projects. I used them on paper and not on fabric. The patterns are amazing and they work very well stencils as well. Also love the fact that once it is dry it is permanent. Even though the paints are permanent, it is easy to clean the paint of your hands.

No puedo decir con seguridad si la pintura en sí es buena o mala (en las pruebas parece aceptable). Pero juro que el sistema de spray es desesperante: nunca sabes la dirección en que va a salir la pintura, caen siempre goterones gruesos, no vaporiza: llueve, empapa la tela. Y utiizarlo con stencils es imposible: cuando logras acertar con los "agujeros", el plástico está empapado. A ver si se puede usar bien con pincel, porque, si no, ni idea de qué hacer con ellas. Una pesadilla, vamos.

J’ai essayé de mettre cette peinture sur du tissu d’un fauteuil, c’est absolument nul, la couleur bleue est tellement claire(pas du tout comme le montre la photo) que j’ai carrément jeté ce fauteuil tant le résultat était laid !!! Surtout ne pas acheter, un conseil.

Used for leaf collage on canvas. Very effective. Good range of colours. Easy to use.
