Can the 60 amp model handle a 2HP capacitor start induction motor with a 15 amp draw, 220 volt?

Depends on the type of motor and the load attached to the motor. A heavy load will likely extend the time it takes the motor to accelerate, meaning the current pull will be higher and last longer, You can test it, but I think I would put a slow-blow fuse in-line with the load for the test.

Also is this a good replacement for diqinyibiao solid state relay ssr-da?

This device is like a light switch. The 24-380 VAC (usually 110 VAC) is the power that goes to the light bulb that is controlled by the physical switch that you flip with your finger. In this case, however, the physical switch is replaced by a voltage control, the 3 to 32 VDC input. If you were to put a 9V battery across this input, the device will close the switch allowing the 110VAC power to turn the light on. When you remove the battery the power will be switched off and the light will go off. Your question makes me a little nervous that maybe you should ask for some help. Here is an example connection if you were using this SSR to control a light bulb. (Make sure power is OFF before doing any of this or you might be shocked at the results.) 1. Connect a wire from AC power source to Pin 1. This would be the hot or black wire for 110V house wiring. 2. Connect a wire from Pin 2 to the light bulb (or load). 3. Connect a wire from the other terminal of the light bulb to the 110V return. (white wire in house wiring) 4. Connect Pin 3 to the positive control voltage that is somewhere between 3 and 32 VDC when you want the light on and 0V when you want the light off. 5. Connect Pin 4 to the ground terminal of the 3 to 32 VDC source. I hope this helps. I recommend having someone knowledgeable look at your wiring before you turn it on.

Your schematic is wrong. Shows AC input?

The relay performs the function of switching AC voltage, just like the relays with contacts but without physical metal contacts. So you have AC voltage between24V and 380V coming in on one terminal but the voltage only comes out on the 2nd terminal if the solid state switch is closed. The switch closes when a DC voltage between 3 and 32 V is applied to the control terminals. If you don't understand this concept, don't use it as it will be dangerous for you.

Using With Arduino Mega 2560 to control 2kw Kiln at 240vac

I had some old SSRs (another brand) that wouldn't activate with 5v from the Arduino without using a mosfet at 12v. I tried the HiLetgo SSR-25DA module and am totally pleased with the performance. No problem switching with 5v data output pin from Arduino. The program was a simple test of the kiln (it was a DIY project and hasn't been used in years), just to see how long it would take to go from room temperature to 1000 F. Took less than 30 minutes. The relay felt a bit warm drawing 9 amps, so I added an aluminum heatsink to keep it running cooler.

NO GOOD _ Light turns on but doesnt connect

Had them saved for project and when tested found two ordered turn trigger lights on but dont make any AC connections, waste of money and time and return window.

Will not switch on air pump , updated

I bought this relay to control a VIVOHOME Electromagnetic Commercial Air Pump 32W. This relay will not turn-on the air pump. I have an other relay CG Solid State Relay SSR-25DA. This relay will turn-on the air pump. Update : Added snubber across power line for air pump and the relay started working. Subber is series RC circuit R=220, C=0.1uF

Fake or not it's working to spec!

This review is for the SSR-60 DA, the 60 Amp rated version. According to the Internet, this meets all of the fake Fotek SSR criteria. However, don't let that discourage you as it performs according to spec and is actually better than the Schneider 6475DSX-1 rated at 75 Amp. The on voltage of this relay is 1V when I run 10 Amp through it. This basically results in 10 Watts lost to heat. However compare to the Schneider, the on voltage was 1.3V at 10 Amp or 13 Watts lost to heat. Price wise, you know which one win.
