This CAN be given to dogs who take prednisone. Because both have anti inflammatory tendencies, it is advised to do 50% less the suggested dose of the Apocaps so there is no added stomach upset. So if the size of your dog requires 3 capsules 3 times day, start with 2 capsules 2 times a day or 3 capsules 2 times day.

No they are not. This works better than Yunnan Bai Yao. There are several ingredients in this pill that not only stopped the bleeding for my dog but also made him feel better. He had increased energy levels and ate more while taking these pills.

My dog's snout started swelling on one side after about 6 months. Anyone's dog develop an allergy after prolonged use?

My dog used it for 5 months to help with the cancer. He never developed and allergy to the product and it helped with his eating, and energy level. The cancer ended up taking over in the end but his quality of life greatly improved once he was on these pills.
