Wireless USB Adapter 2 - Multi-Platform: Switch, PS5, PS4, PC & Mac; Raspberry Pi Compatible

This item has saved my switch 2 gaming life . I was using a cheap knock off pro controller and whilst it did a job it didn't feel great to hold and was a bit clunky. I looked into If there was any cheap solution to getting my ps5 or Xbox controller connected to the switch 2 and this popped up as a suggestion . Gave it a go and within 5 minutes I was up and running and it's been a game changer . Absolutely love the product. Will say it does feel a bit flimsy and if you are heavy handed you could snap the usb or plastic , but once you have updated the drive and got it into your switch or wherever you want to use the product , you shouldn't really have to touch it again . From my experience it will connect controllers to your pc , switch and most importantly for me the switch 2 , for the switch 2 you will need a pc to update the firmware , there are some instructions which are not the clearest but at the same time it's not difficult and a easy process of just downloading a file then using an app to inject it which is just a click of a button . There appears to be no input lag at all, all buttons function well , as a note though there doesn't appear to be a way of turning your switch on via the controller you have to manually do that , but otherwise 100 percent recommend this

Amazing adapter for using any Bluetooth controller on PC, super easy to connect and had no latency or drop outs using this on a Xbox series X control or the dualsense controller

Works for my Nvidia shield pro and an Xbox one controller with vibration and no noticeable latency.

Used with a Dualshock 4 on a Switch 2 Worked perfectly, but had noticeable latency when compared with joycons - depending on the types of game you play this may not be an issue, but once you compare it with the joycons it's hard not to keep noticing it afterwards

It’s a bit of a pain in the ass to get initially set up but once set up, it has no issues and is so much cheaper and easier than buying and using joy-cons. I use my Xbox controller and it’s also more comfy than joy cons. Only downside is some games need motion which Xbox or PlayStation won’t have but it works for everything else!

Only can connect one device at a time, which is quite useless compared to cheaper products on the market which can connect multiple devices at once.

Worked straight out of the box for my Nintendo switch, my friend can now connect his Xbox controller to it to play alongside me. Joycons just feel too small and not comfortable to use even for my small hands so this way he can use a controller he's comfortable with, some features obviously don't work as he's not using a Nintendo controller of some kind but it's good enough for now. This 8bitdo works on any switch console and let's you use whichever controller you like on it, I think you do need to connect it to a laptop for some software or updates for it to work for some things, but I've not had to so far.

I bought this product thinking that they would allow, the 8bitdo Ultimate 2 to connect to the ps4, but its not compatible so i had to return it on for that reason. I was misinformed, i now know the adabter only allow you to connect other controllers like a ps4/ps5/xbox to a switch/pc etc.

Estaba pensando en comprarme un mando para el PC, pero busqué soluciones alternativas para sacarle partido al mando de la PS4 que tenía abandonado y muy contento con el 8BitDo Wireless. La conexión es súper fácil (ojo, que no es lo que pone en las instrucciones, el mando de la Play se conecta con otra combinación, viene explicado en su página web). Yo actualicé el software del adaptador de forma muy fácil (había leído en un comentario que era difícil, pero ni mucho menos). Es entrar en su página web, descargas el actualizador y lo ejecutas, te lo reconoce todo perfecto. También leí que no se podían mapear los botones, pero no es cierto, hay también una aplicación que se llama Ultimate Software y te permite mapear botones e incluso ajustar los sticks o cambiar la luz LED. Recomendado 100%.

Works much better than expected. This way I can use an xbox controller on the switch. I was afraid there would be a lag, but there's not. Works as it should.
